Service Description
This breathwork and meditation session offers a gentle, supportive space to slow down, reconnect with your body, and calm your nervous system. Rather than pushing or forcing breath, we focus on soft, mindful breathing and guided awareness designed to support relaxation, grounding, and emotional regulation. Each session blends guided breath practices, meditation, and body-based awareness to help release stress, quiet the mind, and restore a sense of inner safety and presence. Everything is offered with choice, pacing, and consent — you are always encouraged to listen to your body and adjust or rest as needed. This practice is especially supportive for those experiencing anxiety, overwhelm, grief, trauma, or difficulty feeling at ease in their body. Whether you are new to breathwork or returning to your practice, you are welcome to show up exactly as you are. Our intention is not to “fix” or push anything, but to create a space where your system can gently settle, breathe, and reconnect with itself in a way that feels supportive and nourishing.

Cancellation Policy
No refunds for cancellations done in less than 24 hours from appointment. 50% refund given if appointment is cancelled with 48 hr notice. 100% refund if 3 or more days advance notice. Rescheduling is available. No shows are non-refundable
