Self-Care Concoction is a monthly wellness membership designed to support your emotional, energetic, and nervous system health through consistent, intentional care. Each month includes your choice of one energy scan or one Reiki session, allowing you to check in with your body, mind, and energy and receive personalized support where it’s most needed. In addition, members receive access to two guided breathwork and meditation sessions per month, offering continued grounding, stress relief, and emotional regulation between sessions.
