Cancellation Policy

Retreat Cancellation & Refund Policy At Sol's Healing Arts, we understand that life happens. Because retreat planning requires significant advance commitments for accommodations, transportation, staffing, and activities, the following cancellation policy applies to all retreat registrations. Deposit The $600 deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances. Your deposit secures your space and is immediately used toward retreat planning and reservations. Cancellations 90 Days or More Before the Retreat If you cancel 90 days or more before the retreat start date: The deposit remains non-refundable. Any additional payments made beyond the deposit may be: Applied as a credit toward a future Sol's Healing Arts retreat. Credits must be used within 12 months of the original retreat date. Cancellations Less Than 90 Days Before the Retreat If you cancel less than 90 days before the retreat: All payments become non-refundable and non-transferable. However, you may: Gift your reservation to another participant (subject to approval by Sol's Healing Arts), or Donate your retreat investment to another participant of your choosing. Travel Insurance Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Unexpected illness, emergencies, flight cancellations, weather events, family emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances can occur. Travel insurance may help reimburse expenses that Sol's Healing Arts cannot refund. Airfare & Travel Expenses Participants are responsible for: Airfare Passport requirements Travel documentation Personal transportation Personal expenses Sol's Healing Arts is not responsible for airfare, transportation costs, or other travel-related expenses that are lost due to cancellation.
