At Sol’s Healing Arts, we honor both energetic and financial exchanges. Please review the following policy before booking.
Retreat Deposits:
All retreat deposits are non-refundable. Deposits secure your space, accommodations, planning coordination, and facilitator preparation. Because retreat planning requires advance vendor commitments, deposits cannot be returned.
Retreat Cancellations & Transfers
If you cancel your retreat participation:
90 days or more prior to the retreat start date:
Payments made (excluding the deposit) may be transferred as a credit toward a future Sol’s Healing Arts retreat within 12 months of the original retreat date.
Less than 90 days prior to the retreat start date:
All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
However, you may choose to:

Donate your payment to a participant of your choice, OR
-
Gift your space to another participant (subject to approval and availability).
Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Sol’s Healing Arts is not responsible for airfare or personal travel expenses.
Services (Sessions, Sound Baths, Energy Work, Coaching, etc.)
All services are non-refundable.
Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled service time without forfeiting payment.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of payment.
No-shows will also forfeit payment.
Emergencies
In the case of a documented medical emergency, rescheduling or credit may be considered at the sole discretion of Sol’s Healing Arts. Approval is not guaranteed.
Retreat Cancellation by Sol’s Healing Arts
If a retreat must be canceled by Sol’s Healing Arts due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, safety concerns, etc.), participants will receive:

A credit toward a future retreat OR
-
A refund of payments made, excluding non-recoverable third-party expenses.

By booking services or retreats with Sol’s Healing Arts, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
