1. Services Disclaimer
Sol’s Healing Arts provides holistic wellness services including, but not limited to: Reiki, Sound healing, Chakra analysis, Healy frequency scans, Breathwork, Somatic practices, Trauma-informed support sessions. Retreats and workshops. These services are complementary wellness practices and are not medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment. Sol’s Healing Arts is not a licensed medical or mental health provider. Services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider regarding medical concerns.
2. Assumption of Risk
Participation in energy work, breathwork, movement, sound baths, retreats, or related services may involve emotional or physical responses.By participating, you voluntarily assume full responsibility for:Your physical healthYour emotional well-beingAny personal outcomesYou agree to release and hold harmless Sol’s Healing Arts and its facilitators from liability related to participation.
3. Payment Terms
Full payment or agreed-upon deposits are required to secure services or retreat space.By submitting payment, you agree to the posted Refund & Cancellation Policy.Failure to complete payment plans may result in forfeiture of services or retreat access.
4. Cancellation Policy, Services:
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled time without forfeiting payment. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit payment. Retreats: Deposits are non-refundable. Payments follow the retreat cancellation terms outlined in the Refund Policy.
5. Client Responsibility You agree to:

6. Confidentiality

7. Media Release
Photos and videos may be taken at events or retreats for promotional use. By participating, you grant permission for use of your image unless you submit written opt-out prior to the event.

All content on this website, including branding, course materials, meditations, written materials, graphics, and program content, is the intellectual property of Sol’s Healing Arts.You ma
y not reproduce, distribute, or use materials without written permission.
